Thank you for your response.
However, I don't believe there are two separate pay runs.
When I open the Pay Runs list, there is only one pay run with the correct number of employees and the correct total amount. Opening that pay run also shows the correct employee amounts.
The issue is that:
- The Pay Run Details are correct.
- The STP submission is correct.
As there is only one pay run visible, I don't have a second pay run to compare, delete, or reverse.
Could you please advise what else could be causing this issue?
