I did a payslip incorrectly. The employee received 3 days sick leave, but I used the ordinary hours for doing the payslip. I cannot redo the payslip. Is there anyway to correct ...
Hey Vicduan,
You’ve done the right thing double‑checking the pay slip. To fix the sick leave hours, you’ll need to delete the pay run, then reprocess it with the correct sick leave so a fresh pay slip is created. Just make sure to update it on the IRD side too since they still hold the first version. Here’s a link for deleting a pay that you’ll find helpful.
