    Hi bboys

Sounds like you’ve been wrestling with this for a bit. A couple of quick things to try:

    • Logo size is a common culprit. Try shrinking your logo image, upload it again in Settings, then try printing the payslip.
    • Reply‑To email in Payroll settings: if it’s missing or invalid, the system can show “emailed” even though nothing actually goes out. Pop a valid address in there and resend from the pay run.

If it’s still playing up after that, flick us a support ticket via MyAccount, or jump on live chat with MOCA, our virtual assistant, and we’ll get it sorted.

    Regards,

    Hi bboys,

Thank you for taking those steps. We did have an incident yesterday where product emails like invoices and pay slips weren’t being delivered, but that was fixed yesterday. If you’re now seeing a “Something went wrong” error, that’s likely a separate issue. Try clearing your browser cache, then fully close and reopen it. You can also test in a private/incognito window or another browser to compare. If it’s still happening, you can reach us via our virtual assistant MOCA to get to our live chat team or create a support ticket via My Account, and we’ll jump on it and get it sorted.

    Cheers,

    Princess
