thanks for reaching out,
im actually wondering is there a way to prove if the payslip has been sent to the employee?
from my end.
I can see a tick there - meaning it's sent, but he's telling fair work he never got it?
Im saying it's been sent but Fair work are telling me to prove it - a paper trail,
but I need to know how to get the proof it was sent?
I know where to find all the payslips and copies of them etc.
Would you know this?

I'm sorry, but the specific details you're looking for are not available in our system. Due to product limitations, there’s no feature yet that can provide information on when the pay slip was sent or a field that can provide a record of the sent pay slips. However, I'll have this concern passed on to the relevant team. In the meantime, you can provide screenshots of the pay slip emailed being ticked, the pay slip information itself, and if you've linked Outlook when sending email, I suggest checking the outbox to see if it has the sent pay slip.
