Hi tanianorton,
Love hearing that PaySuper’s been easy to use, and that the new end-of-payroll screen is helping too, thanks for calling that out.
Here’s a quick run-through of your questions:
- Old SBSCH super showing in Super payments
Those pay lines can’t be cleared or hidden; they’re kept there for audit history. It just means you’ll want to leave those unticked when you create new PaySuper batches. - Record button + total at the top
There isn’t a setting to move the Record button or the total to the top of the Super payments screen at the moment; it’s fixed where it is in the current design. If you’d like that changed, the best place to add it is the MYOB Business Ideas Exchange, so other users can vote on it:

Right now, if you jump into Pay employees electronically, it won’t automatically pop you back into that guided “final steps” screen; you’ll go to Payroll > Super payments to do the PaySuper step. - PaySuper clearing times
After you authorise a PaySuper batch, it goes through the clearing house first and then out to the funds. It typically takes around 3–5 business days for everything to fully clear, so a payment still showing Processing and not yet on the bank after a few hours on the same day is expected behaviour. - Sales - default Sales category
In the browser version, there isn’t a global option to auto-fill a specific Sales category on every invoice, as the old desktop MYOB did; you’ll still choose the category per sale. A common workaround is to use a recurring invoice/template that already has the category you want. - Bills from uploaded documents - biller details/terms
When you create a bill from an uploaded document, MYOB fills in as much as it can (dates, amounts, etc.), but it doesn’t currently pull across all of the biller’s payment terms and settings, so those still need a quick check and tweak on the bill/contact.
