Usually "There is something incorrect or missing" error means the super fund’s changed its details or isn’t APRA-registered anymore. If everything looks sweet, the fund info might’ve gone wonky. Quick fix: recreate the fund. If you cop a name warning, just whack an extra character on the end, update the USI/SPIN and ABN, save, link it to the employee, then give Pay Super another go. For Pay Super, you don’t choose whether it's electronic clearing account or cheque as it debits your nominated bank automatically.
