Something went wrong

i have been getting this same error for weeks when i get to the record and report part of payroll.

 

The only way around it seems to be to split the pay run into 2 smaller groups.  It is only 49 employees and we never used to have the issue.

 

How do i do one pay run?

    We're sorry to hear that you are still experiencing an error when processing pay runs. Kindly try to process pay runs in bulk again and let us know if the same error message appears.

    Hi Doreen - same error today so i will need to split in 2 in order to make the payroll record

    Are you still receiving an error message even after splitting or processing the payroll by batch? If not, we recommend processing the payroll by batch in the meantime while our dedicated team is still resolving the issue. We truly appreciate your patience regarding this.
