STL in ATO status

Hi, STL  Payroll reporting last fortnight of March in ATO status is still "sent" . Need advice before I call ATO at 13 28 66. Thank you, Shepai

    Hi Shepai-8-2017 

     

    Thanks for your post. STP sends the YTD amounts each time you send a report and each report overrides the previous one. This means that if a report status is sent and the next report has the status accepted, the YTD amounts have been updated with the ATO. 

     

    You can view the latest report to check the correct YTD amounts have been reported:  View STP reports

    Hi Tracey,

     

    Thank you so much for the instructions.

    I asked our employees to log in to their mygov account and check if the YTD are equal to our report.

    All good, they are equal.
