We cannot finalise the STP for the previous financial year as our file has already been closed. How do we rollback and finalise EOFY STP for previous year? I could not see anything for previous yea...

If you're referring to closing the financial year in Business settings>>Financial year>>Start new financial year, this doesn't affect the payroll year. To finalise STP for the 2021/2022 payroll year go to the STP reporting centre>>EOFY finalisation tab>>choose 2021/22 in the Payroll year field>>Finalise.
