Thank you for your post and welcome to the community forum! I can see that the STP doesn't match with YTD verification report even after processing a $0 payrun still didn't work.
Kindly check your payroll activity and register reports. If it matches your payroll summary report but not on the YTD verification report. Please send an update event wait for it to be accepted and check your YTD report again. Please check this thread as well as it has the detailed information on how you may fix the issue.
