MYOB STP
Hi, I am trying to help finalise STP for a client (quite late). They have been lodging STP via MYOB every pay run but when i try to finalise STP for them, it takes me to 'set up single touch payroll reporting' where i also have to call the ATO to notify the software ID. But this info is already with the ATO and can be seen under the STP reporting. Is this correct? Why does MYOB ask me to set up STP again when it is already set up? Thanks!

When finalising STP, if you are using a different email address when logging into your MYOB account, it will require you to sign up to STP again. Each email address will need to be registered with STP. And yes, the ATO already has the details of what you can see under your STP.
