MYOB STP

Hi, I am trying to help finalise STP for a client (quite late). They have been lodging STP via MYOB every pay run but when i try to finalise STP for them, it takes me to 'set up single touch payroll ...

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    When finalising STP, if you are using a different email address when logging into your MYOB account, it will require you to sign up to STP again. Each email address will need to be registered with STP. And yes, the ATO already has the details of what you can see under your STP. For further information regarding your concern, kindly check The Help Article: Getting ready for STP Phase 2.
