STP reporting error

It sounds like you’re encountering a temporary STP submission error when trying to process your payroll. This usually happens because of a network timeout, browser cache issue, or invalid employee data during the STP validation step. Try refreshing or clearing your browser cache, then log out and back in before reprocessing the payrun. Double-check that all employee details—like TFNs, addresses, and pay categories—are correctly filled out, since even one invalid entry can cause STP to fail. If it still only works when split into smaller batches, it’s likely a system-side issue. In that case, contact your payroll software’s support team with the error details and a screenshot so they can check the server logs. This kind of problem is usually temporary and can often be resolved once the system or data is refreshed.
