Could you please check the "EOFY finalization" tab in the STP reporting centre for that employee to verify the final YTD payroll figures? Additionally, may I know which report you are comparing against? Is it the payroll activity report or the payroll register report?
To clarify, the payroll activity report pulls information from the employee card files, while the payroll register report retrieves information from the pay runs you conducted. See the link below.
