STP Reporting
I have reported pays to the ATO but when I've checked the STP Report it showing $0.00 for the pay. My Activity report doesn't match the ATO's balance. How do I fix?

I've identified the pays. On myob it show the amounts but not at the ATO. is there an easy fix?
I've also read the threads and it doesn't solve the issue. My activity and EOFY matches but the ATO doesn't.
By doing 'Send update event' to the ATO adjust the figures? I don't want to send an event if it doesn't do anything.

Thanks for checking that and for confirming your MYOB figures and EOFY totals already match. If the amounts are showing correctly in MYOB but not at the ATO, sending an update event can help in some cases because it resends the latest year-to-date payroll figures. That said, if the mismatch is still there after that, it usually means the issue needs a closer look from our support team.
A good next step would be:
- check that the affected pay runs are included in your Payroll Activity and EOFY finalisation figures
- send an update event once, then allow some time for the ATO record to refresh
