STP setup

I am trying to set up stp in one of my company files.  I keep getting a message saying something has gone wrong try refreshing browser or contact MYOB support.  
I have put in a support request on 3/3 and have had no reply.  
I need to pay wages so this is becoming rather a problem.  
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I had no issues setting stp up in the other company file a couple of years ago.

    Appreciate for sharing the exact error message, super helpful, especially when you’re just trying to get wages out. That “something has gone wrong, try refreshing your browser or contact support” message is the generic STP connection error.     Hi Earl

    Thanks for your reply.  I am running the web based version on a Mac.  None of this information seems to be of any help. 
    Do you have any other suggestions please

    Hi MuzzCall,

    Appreciate the additional info. It looks like it’ll need some further investigation on the back end, so our support team will need to review things directly on your account/file. As you’ve already submitted a support request, the best thing now is to keep an eye on your email – the team will get back to you there once they’ve completed their checks.
     

    Please allow 3–5 business days for them to respond; they’re the ones who can dig into the logs and help get this sorted for you.
