Wow. Its something very basic. I don't understand why MYOB thinks this is an acceptable level of service.
I agree with you Edwina, something so basic and they still haven't done anything about it.
Payday super came into effect on 1 July, its almost October and they still haven't fixed this issue??? I note the issue was raised with MYOB 5 months ago - and still no fix in September 2026???
I do weekly, monthly and fortnightly pays yet every super payday payment has payment no 6 on it. I was changing it, but I cant keep going back to see what the last number was. I would expect the software to auto update these payment numbers and that MYOB would have been onto this immediately they realised there was an issue! One wonders about this "high volume support requests" - this seems to be the " in vogue" phrase these days!
