Question

IS THE PAYMENT REFERENCE NUMBER ON A SUPER PAYMENT IE: PS000003 PURELY FOR THE BUSINESS OWNERS FILE REFERENCE, OR IS IT SHARED WITH OTHERS. I CANT SEEM TO FIND ANY INFORMATION ON THIS.

WANTING TO KNOW AS IF I CREATE A NUMBER AND LETTER REFERENCE FOR MY INTERNAL RECORDS WHO GETS TO SEE THIS INFORMATION.

Great question. The Pay Super reference number is mainly an internal reference for you and other users in the company file who have access to payroll information. So if you’d like to use a number and letter reference for your own records, that’s fine, but I’d recommend keeping it general and not including anything sensitive in it.
