Super Payments

Lately when I go to the Payroll Menu > Super Payments to create my super payment file I am getting this error message 

I then log out and go back in and same message

I am the only one who has full access to MYOB as it's my business and this error message has only happened about 2 months ago and I can't work out why

 

However it holds me up trying to create my super payment file

    Hi 131125,

     

    Thanks for the screenshot! Error message such as "Your login as timed out. You will need to go back..." just means your Pay Super login timed out. Try to jump back in to the main Super payments screen to refresh and try again. If it keeps happening, make sure you’re logged in with the email that’s a Pay Super Authoriser/Administrator (Payroll > Super payments > Pay Super settings > Your User Roles), or add yourself here. If you’re already listed, clear your browser cache and try again. And if the error still persist,  give our live chat team a buzz through our virtual assistant MOCA, or submit a case via My Account and the team can double-check what's going on with your super.
