Before recreating the super payment, you'll need to check the Super payments window first. If the payments show up in the super payments window as "Processing Payment", you don't need to create the super payment again. Just wait for 10 business days for the payment to reach the super fund. I'd also recommend checking the Accrual by fund (detail) report to make sure the payment has been recorded.
