How do I clear out old super that is sitting in the super payment area of payroll.
It has been paid but not through the super portal

Thank you that is what I thought but is there anyway to make the Super Payable on the Dashboard to reflect the correct amount?

Yes, there is. The super payable on your dashboard comes from the payroll summary, so the fix is to make sure your payroll settings are set up right, especially super contributions and pay items. If you adjust those, the amount on the dashboard will show correctly. You can check this forum post on fixing incorrect figures and this link on checking your super payable.
