Trouble logging into myob team app

I can login to the myob website, but I get an error message when logging into the app. So I can't see my roster anywhere

        Hi Elizat,

         

        Thank you for the information. Maybe you are assigned as approving manager, and they need to remove you. You can check by going to MYOB Team >> Locations.
