Unable to access PaySuper
Have a client using MYOB Business Pro, previously on accountright. His wife passed away. It's her email etc on the account and she was the owner. Email has gone, can't access authenticator, bank accounts have changed, so cannot get in and change/verify anything. Daughter does the books, but she's a user only. Client has changed file to MYOB Business pro but all existing details came with it. Is there anyway to fix this apart from creating an entirely NEW file with no connection to the old one?
