Unable to add as STP declarer

Hi Team,

I need to set up STP.

I go to payroll menu, then click on single touch payroll reporting.

This opens to a new screen "set up single touch payroll" and When I press this button,  it opens a new screen saying "something went wrong" "try refreshing your browser and contact MYOB if problem persists".

I have tried all week and it is the same message.

I can't find any trouble shooting methods on the internet.  Is this a MYOB problem?
