Update emails

a staff member has updated their email for payslips. MYOB continues to send payslips to old email. how can I fix this?

    Hi blythtreefarm,

     

    Welcome to the Community Forum!

     

    In the employee details section, there are two specific fields for entering email addresses. One is located in the Contact Details section under the Email field, which is used for general communication emails. The other one is located in the Payroll Details section and is specifically for pay slips.  To update the email address for pay slips, you can follow the instructions provided in this link.
