Failed to load the report

Over the last week I keep getting this error - Failed to load the report -  when trying to run the receivables reconciliation report. Changing the date or number of debtors has no affect. My supervisor is also getting the same error on the client from his login.

    Hi AGraves,

     

    Thanks, a heap for the screenshot! It’s a pain hitting that failed to load the report error on the receivables reconciliation report, especially with both logins seeing it. I would recommend running the report for a shorter period, trying a tighter date range (like a day or two) and seeing if it loads. If it still giving you the same error, best to give Live Chat team a buzz via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via My Account and we’ll help you sort this out.
