Reports not loading

Hi Is there a known issue with MYOB Business (web) reporting? reports are failing to load and do not generate in the browser (tried both safari & edge). There is no output on the requested reports.

Hi MariamMC,

 

Thanks for sending through the screenshot. At the moment, we don't have any reported issues with MYOB Business reporting. As a quick check, it might help to clear your browser's cache and also double-check that the report filters (especially the date range) are set correctly. If it's still not loading after that, the best next step would be to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team can take a closer look and help get this sorted for you.
