Reports not printing or exporting

Hello When i generate any report and then go to click export or print, both buttons are greyed out and i am unable to click them. can anyone help please   thanks

Hi Snowdig,

Thanks for sharing the detail.  If you’re accessing MYOB in a web browser, please use Google Chrome. We’ve seen this issue before, and switching to Chrome has resolved it for other users. I'd also recommend on clearing your browser's cache and history to avoid some browser discrepancies.
