Hi. In relation to my previous post, the change I made in the payments section to 7 days (Business>>Sales settings>>click Payment terms) is not working for all clients. There is still an error message of Your A.B.N. must be in the format XX XXX XXX XXX for some clients. How do I fix this?

Thanks for updating us.
In addition to the information that Leneth_A provided, kindly check the customer's card to make sure everything is filled out correctly, especially the ABN. To do this, go to Contacts > Select All contacts > Choose the Contact Type, and then click the name of the contact. Once done, hit Save, and then try to change the payment terms again to 7 days to see if the error message shows up again.
