It's strange that your clients aren't getting emails with PDF attachments, especially after 25 years of it working fine. I've checked on our end, and the emails or domains in question aren't blacklisted. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot this issue:
- Check your activity history to see if the emails are listed as sent.
- Sometimes, emails with attachments can be marked as spam. Ask your client to check their spam or junk email folders.
- Make sure there are no email rules or filters set up in their email client that might be moving or deleting these emails.
- Advise your client to add your email domain to their whitelist to ensure that emails from your address aren't blocked.
