Blacklisted Email check

I have been contacted by a supplier who uses MYOB to send invoices to our Accounts Payable email stating the email is being rejected. Can we verify if our mail address has been blacklisted?   Cheer...

Absolutely, our team can help verify whether your email address is blacklisted on our end. Before you reach out, make sure the MYOB email domains are on your allow list/whitelist ( for noreply@myob.com and *@apps.myob.com). Once you’ve confirmed the whitelist is in place, jump in on live chat via our virtual assistant MOCA, or give us a call using the number on our website, and we’ll run the check right away.
