credit card surcharge
we received our first payment where the client paid with their credit card and paid the surcharge....where do i see this credit card charge in MYOB? so I can keep track of how much we will owe...

where in MYOB do I find the surcharges as we had one client pay with their Cc..but ant see where to see the charge?

You can see individual surcharge amounts in the Bank Register:
- Go to Banking > Bank Register.
- Choose the Undeposited Funds Account.
- The surcharge amount will have the same ID No. as the received payment, but with an additional 'S' at the end.

we received our first invoice for the credit card Surcharges however its for more than the surcharge amount.any ideas why?

I'd be happy to explain the difference to you. Looking at the invoice, it looks like you had 2 customers use the online invoice feature. The calculation for the monthly surcharge is the total of - 1.8% for each invoice, plus a $0.25 flat fee per invoice.
For example in your situation, it is $0.50 + the 1.8% for both invoices.
So when you are looking at the surcharge amounts received, there will always be a difference between that value and the invoice you receive from us, depending on how many invoices used the service.
