Yes, you can add your own messages or reminders from your notes and include them manually whenever you create an invoice. However, at the moment, MYOB doesn’t automatically show a pop-up or alert with customer-specific instructions when you’re making invoices.
Honestly, having a pop-up reminder sounds like an awesome idea and could make things way easier. We’d really love it if you could spare a moment to pop this idea onto our Ideas board. That way, other users can join in and show their support, and our product team can see how much everyone wants this feature for future updates.
