how do I resize my logo - and to what?
I am a gardener not a graphic designer
Please help?
can you resize it for me
Hi there
I may have resolved my red line issue which I have had since July... and it wasnt resizing the logo. I resized up and down and it only got worse i.e more and more red line invoices.
I removed it and reapplied it to myob template and after that it all seemed to work.
Having said that ... the invoices all worked for that day... Im not holding my beathe for next mondays lot but its been a fail since July.
Myob have cause this issue as Its a new one and its their system but the onus is put back on the client to fix it because they cant. Terribly unprofessional in my opinion

I removed the logo and put straight back and it works fine. I think MYOB have been ytinkering as usual. Pity they couldnt come up with the solution ! It was months , since July of hassle and angst

Hi,
I've been having this issue since august and still happening randomly at least once a week. The other day it happened 4 invoices in a row. Embarrassing, having to contact the client apologizing for sending a bunch of useless emails.
I have tried multiple browsers, re sized my logo multiple times and nothing seems to fix.
Tried to speak to the help line but no help there.
Please tell me you have a solution as its coming up to 6 months of issuses.

I had the problem for so long too. MYOB had no idea for me anyway I wasted way to long dealing with them. constantly re-sizing. I removed my log, (check it is in the format recommended) and removed it ... no resizing...
Hope that works for you So frustrating, we are paying for this service and they are tinkering with it way too much.

I ended up removing my logo from the invoices and it stopped the problem
doesnt fix the issue of no logo but at least I will get paid

Regarding your concern with your invoice showing the red diagonal line, this issue is still under investigation by our team. The current workaround is to resize the logo. In your case, you mentioned that you removed the logo to prevent the red line from showing on your invoice. I will raise this to the relevant team about the workaround you do on your end to view the invoice and remove the redline. Rest assured that once we have an update, we will post it on this channel.
