Date range new update

 

Just some feedback on the new update. The 'reset' button used to reset the date, too, which it has now. The new 'refresh' button doesn't do that, which I thought it would have. It's just an extra step to go into the date range and change it to 'last 3 months'... etc, and I was wondering if this could be fixed/ edited?

 

Just some feedback, no worries if it's not possible.

    Its not okay! this is extreamly frustrating. Every time they update something it does your head in. The programers change something they think is more important. I.e the search in now on the left instead of the right... stop modifiying possitions people click on every day. 
    For the last few days I have been sitting here thinking where the hell is my invoive... I know I did one, only to find the date renge hasn't updated and you have UPDATE  END DATE EVERY DAY NOW??

    FIX your errors MYOB and dont take a year to do it!

  • Just fix it MYOB. I would imagine that most of the time when people go to that page it has do do with invoices they are currently working with so it should just open to the current date. It was stupid enough that the old way it had to be refreshed to show a invoice that was saved 30 seconds earlier but this is now getting ridiculous. Also when I attach a proof of delivery to an invoice and save it and then try to email it won't show the attachment in the pop up unless I save it, go out to the dashboard then back in through sales - invoices, go through this idiotic date range thing now and reopen the invoice, then share - email.

  • Or better yet, just have the date range default to the current date so you can see invoices without having to reset the date range every time you view sales.  If you click on view sales I would assume that you would like to be able to see the current sales and not just the sales from the last time you reset the filter, which you can't even do anymore.  A filter should be used the way it is in all other applications, a way to narrow a search.  By default the list should be complete and then you 'filter' the results if required.

      Fully agree and still not fixed today. Surely we are not the only ones frustrated but this and no for of help in sight by reply (here) or possability of calling the?

    At least they fixed the copy invoice link button. that took half a year.

    Reseting end date for search criteria is getting frustrating. It will become a habit unfortunatly soon I just have to do every day. 

    Also RESET invoice list missing. We only have REFRESH...does NOTHING???

    SEARCH field is also in the strangest location.
