I am having this problem too and have for months. Have tried the resetting of the email address. The emails getting through are sporadic, which is worse than it not working at all because you need a parallel manual system to work out if an email sent has got through or not. NOT HAPPY MYOB. This fault alone is enough to NEVER recommend MYOB to anyone.

Morning - how have you gone with this?
I have a client that has had same issue for months and no joy.
MYOB can you please provide a solution rather than a work around? Definitely no password protected items in InTray. InTray cleared totally regularly.
