Intray email not get invoices to intray

We have an email forward on our invoices email account to send email on the my myob intray email address. We have checked this in exchange message trace. Even our Myob invoice from Myob did...

Here is a funny thing.
MYOB keep bleating on about password protected documents etc
Guess what invoice didn't make it through the process.
Yeah - The MYOB invoice for the month


MYOB - it is an issue with your email system accepting emails with header changes due to forwarding.
HOW ABOUT YOU FIX IT !!!!
