invoice attachements

is there any way to attach a pdf to a quote or invoice in accounting essentials i want to send the terms of trade to our client so they sign them.  At the moment I have to make up the invoice download it then send it from my outlook email address to add the terms of trade would be easier to do it through MYOB any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks for your post. When emailing an invoice there is an option to browser files and add a PDF to the email, you can select a PDF to attach. Information and instructions on this is available on this link.
