Hello, Is there any way to make PDFs included by default when invoices are sent to customers? I am certain the PDF option was previously "sticky" so it retained whatever was selected last tim...

Hi smileykylie1982,

There’s no way to set the PDF option as default when sending invoices, but I get why a lot of people would want that feature. It’s a great idea! I’d recommend chucking it up on the Ideas Exchange board so others can vote for it and hopefully see it in a future update.

I'll do that, but what I find interesting is that I've never had to check the option before and it was always turned on previously.

Same has happened to me and I've had several of our customers complain - very annoying!

Same here. MYOB 'fixing' things that weren't broken and breaking them in the process. This seems such a frustrating way for MYOB to respond. "Hey upvote over here and we will look to do in future updates". Rather than just getting whichever intern mistakingly turned off the feature to just turn it back on today. Come on MYOB just fix it and stop wasting our time.

  They won't, we can't even email a payment receipt and have been asking year after year after year..
