Thanks for posting your concern in the forum.
I understand how your use case requires you to be on the browser version and the desktop version at different times. Unfortunately, this is not possible. The template for invoices in the web browser can only be accessed in the web browser and the template in the desktop version can only be used from the application. We will raise this with the development team as a suggestion. In the meantime, you will need to send all your emails using the desktop version of the application for the sake of uniformity.
