Thanks for your post. If the documents are not coming in first try uninstalling and reinstalling the capture app on your device, and I would also recommend checking that you are correctly set up as a user on your file (Setup > Users).

i have already tried this and it still isnt working

Thanks for checking that. So I can assist you further can you please send me the following details via Private Message:
- Serial number
- Account name
- Your name and email address used to sign in
- Example invoice you tried to upload to the In Tray
