Invoices not showing GST number

I just tried emailing myself a copy of a invoice I just sent out and its nowhere to be found, it has all my billing details and all the other stuff all correct, it just doesn't show my GST number anywhere

I understand how challenging it can be, especially when the rest of the invoice details are showing correctly. This is a known display issue in MYOB Business Lite NZ where the GST number checkbox can appear unticked in the customise screen, even though the GST number can still show correctly on the actual invoice PDF or emailed copy. Could you first download or print the invoice as a PDF and check if the GST number is showing there? The edit/customise screen can sometimes be a bit misleading. If the GST number is still not showing on the PDF or emailed copy, I’d suggest trying the steps below:
- Check your Business GST settings and make sure your GST details are entered correctly
- Test from the invoice PDF or print preview, rather than only from the edit/customise screen
- If it’s still missing, clear your browser cache/cookies or try another browser
- If it’s still not showing, create a brand new invoice template and resend the invoice, as this has been the strongest fix in similar cases
If it’s still happening after that, the best next step would be to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can investigate it further.
