Customer payments will show up depending on when the payment was made and the bank's processing cutoff time. Generally, it can take between 1 and 2 business days for the payment to appear in your bank account. We’ll email you as soon as the customer has paid the invoice, so you’ll know when to expect the money in your bank. If it takes longer than this timeframe to receive the payment, please reach out directly to our support team to check on what's causing the delay. You can find all the support options available here.
