Missing Paid $15000 invoice

We have had a client  pay an invoice with the credit facility on the MYOB invoices. The client has provided the bank copy on there end to show payment was made however we haven't receive the payment....

Hi TonyArena,

 

Definitely not the experience you should be having, and I can see why this has been concerning. I've checked with our team, and the payment is still on pending. I've followed up with them again to get things moving, so the funds will be released soon.

How do we move forward using MYOB and this invoice facility.

we can’t afford to have payment held up for weeks on end with no explanation.
