MYOB is

Often we duplicate Quotes (and change some info in the quote) but when we select save and duplicate  it doesn't then change the date to the current date, it keeps the date from when the original quote was dated :( why is this not the same as invoices.

also there is no option to send reminders for quotes...to remind the client the quote is expiring and did they want to except the quote....

    Hi LCrowhurst,

That’s one of those small quoting quirks that can become a nuisance when you’re doing this often. From what you’ve described, it sounds like duplicated quotes are holding onto the original quote date. They’re not picking up a fresh current date when duplicated. That means the date needs to be updated manually after duplicating. On the reminder side, quotes don’t have the same follow-up/reminder flow that invoices do. If you’d like to see either of those improved, they’d be great ones to add or vote on in the MYOB Business Ideas Exchange board.

    Cheers,

    Doreen

Hi if I select save and duplicate in invoices it changes, why do I have to suggest this as a feature in quotes when it should already be in place.....seeing as it works in invoices....
