Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issues with sending emails and failed to preview pdf error:
- Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, clearing the cache on your browser can resolve issues related to loading and previewing PDFs. Try clearing your browser cache and then attempt to preview the PDF again.
- Try a Different Browser or Device: If clearing the cache doesn't work, try accessing MYOB on a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.
- Check for System Updates: Updates can resolve bugs and issues related to PDF generation and email sending.
