Hi PlusRF,

 

Thanks for giving that a try. Since the invoices show in Incognito but not in your usual Chrome window, it may be an issue with your Chrome setup, so it could be worth checking with your IT team. If you’re still having trouble, please reach out to our support team so they can investigate further.
