Online payment not working

Hey all, new around here, I'm using Business Lite and just got approved for online payment. Sent out 3 invoices late yesterday but none of my customers are able to pay. We've been gettiing the error...

Thanks for the reply, my post is actually about my clients not being able to pay the invoices they received...

Hi mscheurer,

 

Thank you for getting back to us and providing an update. 

 

Upon checking, there is no issue regarding the error message that they received on our end. Can you please ask your client to check on the internet connection and try again?

    Yes, I will ask my clients who are all in different states of Australia to check their internet connection.

      Thank you again for getting back to us. I understand how important this is to you.  

       

      I check back on your concern and look for the probable reason the issue persists. This issue can happen if the link for invoices has a problem. You can try to delete the invoice and re-send it to your client. This can fix the issue.
