If you haven’t received the money after a week, please reach out to our Financial Services team so they can investigate further for you. Yes, as stated, its been more than a couple of days, more than a week in fact!
I run a very small business that is reliant on these funds as I organise a few events each week and my invoices work on 7 day terms. Unfortunately MYOB have advised nothing except to say "be patient". Hence I have tried to seek help through this forum, to find out if there is anything I am now doing wrong to delay these payments, that used to be received daily.
I will no longer use the Online payment function in future, however, I do hope that the last lot of invoice payment don't take to long too be received as my business in reliant on being paid on time.- Princess_R7 months agoMYOB Moderator

Dealing with missing payments for weeks isn’t something anyone wants to put up with. I totally get how tough it is to wait, and we really appreciate you hanging in there with us. The quickest way to get those payments sorted and back in your account is by letting our financial services team dive in and check things out. Fingers crossed the last batch of invoice payments lands in your account really soon.
