recurring insurance payment

I am a student and  trying to create a recurring transaction for monthly ins as per assignment first screen shot. When I try I get the error message in  the screen shot. "You cannot record automatically transactions with a start date earlier than the current system date.

Any help would  be greatly appreciated.

    Hi there harpo,

To fix the error message you've received, save a recurring transaction with a start date earlier than today, as long as it's in the current financial year and not in a locked period. For more information on recurring transactions, check out this link.

    Cheers,

    Doreen

      Hello Doreen,

Thanks for response. The assessment is using the financial year
1 Jul 2021 to 30 Jun 2022 and as per recurring I have put in  01/08/2021.So this is earlier than today?

        Hi harpo,

Yes, that's an earlier date within the financial year showing on your file. To avoid any confusion, it's a good idea to check the date format on your device to ensure it's correct—it could be January 8, 2021, or August 1, 2021. Here's how to check the date format on your device:

        • Open the Control Panel (you can search for it in the Start menu).
        • Select Clock and Region.
        • Click on Region.
        • In the Region window, click on Change date, time, or number formats.
        • In the Region Settings window, under the Formats tab, check the correct Short date format.

If it's showing as August 1, 2021, and you're still seeing the error, be sure to reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

        Cheers,

        Doreen
